The Spring Festival Arrives March 9th<\/sup>! This year’s festival offers new cosmetic cloaks, a cosmetic pet puppy, and a variety of new housing decorations available for barter. The Festivity vendor offers a new cosmetic shield and Sickle-fly cosmetic pet! The festival begins at 10:00 AM Eastern on March 9th<\/sup>\u00a0and runs until 3:00 AM Eastern on March 28th<\/sup>.   • The Beorning trait “Desperate Shouts” has been adjusted as follows: Tier 1 reduces the cost to execute the next wrath consuming skill by 50%. Tier 2 reduces the cost to execute the next wrath consuming skill by 100%. This does not include Execute. This trait also no longer only affects your healing skill. Any skill that would normally consume wrath now consumes the “Desperate Shout” buff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Items<\/h4>\n

    • Corrected an issue with the Legendary Items Reward Track that was causing the ‘Time Remaining’ to not display.<\/li>\n
    • Any level 140 characters with an Ill Omens Essence Bounty from the Deed “Skirmish Assault: Ill Omens (Tier 3)” can now use the item to receive a level 140 Delver’s Lively Essence Box.<\/li>\n
    • Corrected the Legendary Coffer of the Ukrash Portrait Frame’s description to reflect that it also gives Ancient Script and Legendary Enhancement Runes.<\/li>\n
    • New items have been added ahead of the start of the Spring Festival, which begins at 10:00 AM Eastern (-5 GMT) on March 9th!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Localization<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • French: Updated translations for Delving missions.<\/li>\n
      • French: Updated the translation for the Forge-worker in Gorgoroth in addition to several other typos.<\/li>\n
      • German: Updated translations for “Featured Instances”, plural stacks of the Gundabad Lhinestad Potion and the Gundabad Milk Thistle Potion, and several other typos.<\/li>\n
      • German: Corrected a stringtable error for the “Willow Fireworks” Item.<\/li>\n
      • German: Resolved several typos and coding errors.<\/li>\n
      • German: Translations for the “R\u00e4cher von Helm.” and “R\u00e4cher von Abnank\u00e2ra” titles have been updated and proper gender terms have been added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Quests and Adventure Areas<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • The Featured Instance rotation has ben updated to include: Great Barrow –\u00a0Thad\u00far, Dungeons of Naerband, Library at Tham\u00a0M\u00edrdain, Warg-pens of Dol Guldur,\u00a0Ask\u00e2d-mazal, the Chamber of Shadows, and Helegrod – Giant Wing.<\/li>\n
        • The Featured Instance (cap) quests no longer require Tier 2 completion of the Instance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Known Issues:<\/h3>\n

          • The Spring Festival wrapper quest, “The Splendor of Spring” is missing its “Tracery Token, Legendary” reward. This will be fixed with our next game update, which is currently scheduled for March 21st.
